About the Roles We are seeking two motivated IT professionals to join our growing Support Office team. IT Systems Support (Microsoft Focus) – For experienced candidates (2-3+ years) with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration skills, and the ability to support and deliver IT projects. In This Hands-on Role, You Will Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the organisation Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Assist in system administration tasks under guidance from senior IT staff Contribute to ongoing improvement of IT processes and user experience Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Position expectations : 3 days a week from our office (Sydney CBD), and 2 days in clinics. In This More Advanced Position, You Will Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments Support, deliver, and drive IT infrastructure projects Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement technical solutions Build strong relationships with IT personnel and business users Provide guidance and technical expertise to the broader IT team Position expectations : 3 days a week from our office (Sydney CBD), and 2 days WFH. What We're Looking For Proven experience in an IT support or systems role (minimum 1 year) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn Experience with Microsoft systems and cloud environments (essential for the senior role) A proactive, team-oriented attitude Support Offered You will work closely with the IT Team Lead and a supportive leadership team who are committed to your growth and professional development.
