We are seeking a motivated and safety-focusedFactory Sorter to join our Welshpool branch to contribute to the smooth operation of our recycling facility. What You’ll Do Sort material for destruction on conveyor belts and tables Operate shredding and baling equipment according to safety and quality standards Accurately record information for inbound and outbound loads Perform pre-start checks on machinery and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility and equipment Assist with loading, unloading, and moving pallets, bins, and containers Ensure loads are secure and meet quality requirements Report any non-compliance or equipment issues to supervisors What You Bring Forklift licence preferred but not essential Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently Positive, proactive attitude and team-player mindset Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures Commitment to our values of Smart, Safe, and Service Why Join Shred-X?
