Opportunity Join one of our clinics on the Bellarine Peninsula (Geelong, Ocean Grove, Torquay) as a Physiotherapist, a role dedicated to keeping our clients strong, active, pain‑free, and healthy. By combining traditional physiotherapy methods with education on the benefits of strength training, our team empowers clients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most. Responsibilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists Consult a diverse clientele, including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups, with ongoing case management Use objective measures, such as strength testing, to guide clinical decisions Educate clients on long‑term strength training benefits and use traditional physiotherapy methods for positive outcomes Access state‑of‑the‑art rehab equipment and diagnostics Build and maintain relationships with external referrers Consistently deliver high‑quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Qualifications & Certifications (Required) AHPRA recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree Current AHPRA registration Valid working rights in Australia Active & current Professional Indemnity Insurance First Aid & CPR Certification NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Desirable 2+ years relevant work experience Previous private practice experience Additional Benefits Complimentary access to our strength and conditioning facility + concessional fees for family members Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development Career pathways within Kieser Wellbeing Program 1 day of Recharge Leave and a half day of Birthday Leave An unbeatable team culture, fun working environment and social events 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers Up to $1500 annual PD allowance Leadership Program for aspiring leaders 12‑month program for New Graduate Physiotherapists (incl. 1:1 mentoring, monthly PD) Diversity & Inclusion We value inclusion and diversity and are committed to creating a safe, confident, and celebratory work environment.
