Marketing Coordinator

Develop and implement marketing plans for each venue that align with business objectives. Schedule and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional activity. Ensure marketing efforts are consistent with brand identity and tone. 2. Social Media and Content Management Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram). Create and post engaging content, including photos, reels, and stories. Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities. 3. Digital Marketing and Website Management Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Websites). Manage and update venue websites, ensuring information, images, and promotions are accurate and up to date. Optimise website content for SEO and user experience. Create and distribute e-newsletters and online promotions. Track performance metrics and report on campaign, social media and website analytics. 4. Event and Promotion Marketing Promote and support marketing for events, launches, and special activations. Coordinate advertising and collateral for seasonal offers and promotions. Assist in planning and executing marketing events or pop-up activations. 5. Local and Guerrilla Marketing Develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community groups. Implement creative guerrilla marketing strategies to increase local visibility. Seek local PR and collaboration opportunities to build brand awareness. 6. Creative Production and Brand Management Produce marketing materials, signage, and digital assets as required. Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all venues. 7. Reporting and Analysis Monitor social, digital, and website analytics. Prepare monthly marketing reports with key performance insights and recommendations. Key Relationships Internal: Venue Managers, Operations Team, General Manager External: Advertising partners, media, local businesses, suppliers Skills and Attributes Strong creative and visual communication skills. Excellent understanding of social media, websites, and digital marketing tools. Confident managing and updating websites (Wix, or similar CMS). Able to create and manage marketing content across multiple platforms. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
