Salesforce Solutions Engineer We’re looking for a curious, proactive and impact‑driven Salesforce Solutions Engineer to own and evolve our Salesforce environment. If you’re a seasoned Salesforce admin, solutions architect or developer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, this is your chance to make a real impact. This hybrid role blends strategic business analysis, technical architecture, and hands‑on administration. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, translate business challenges into smart solutions, and design workflows and integrations that empower our team to work smarter. Key Responsibilities Managing day‑to‑day operations, including user management, fields/screens, workflows, security reviews, and platform maintenance. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance and availability. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions. Build and optimise workflows (e.g., approvals, pricing updates, custom objects) to support evolving business needs. Maintain and enhance Apex code, Lightning components, and automation. Manage integrations with third‑party platforms and internal tools using APIs/middleware. Ensure best practices in documentation and change management are followed. Act as the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce. What We’re Looking For Hands‑on Salesforce experience across administration, analysis, or architecture. Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data model, Flow Builder, and integrations. Apex skills are a plus; you should be comfortable reading Apex code and figuring out how it integrates with Salesforce. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management. Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, BA, Architect) are highly desirable but not mandatory. Security minded; you’ll need to complete regular training and adhere to our ISO27001 policies.
