Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Manager located in Gunnedah, NSW. The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for new vehicles, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, monitoring and improving sales performance, and managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring and training the sales team, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Processes to drive performance and meet targets Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales is considered beneficial Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in sales software and reporting tools Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory Valid driver's license is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
