Location: Bankstown, NSW Job Type: Full Time Reports to: Dealer Principal / General Sales Manager About Us We’re on the lookout for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our large, state‑of‑the‑art showroom. The Role As the New Car Sales Manager you’ll lead the new car sales team, drive performance, and ensure every customer has an outstanding experience. You will: Set, monitor and exceed monthly new car sales targets. Manage and coach the sales team, providing leadership, training and performance feedback. Oversee daily operations of the new car department - forecasting, stock management, showroom presentation. Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEM representatives, and internal stakeholders. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and strategies for growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager (or similar role) in automotive retail. Strong leadership skills - you can motivate a team and manage performance. Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management. High energy, and a customer‑focused mindset.
