As our Email Marketing & Design Specialist , you’ll be the one making noise — the voice that drives connection and keeps our community inspired. From high-impact campaigns to slick designs that stop the scroll, you’ll help Salt Shift show up with power, precision, and personality. This is a role for someone who thrives on pace. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing & Automation Take full ownership of all Salt Shift email and SMS campaigns — from concept to creation. Build and optimise flows that drive conversion and loyalty. Segment audiences and grow our subscriber lists through smart, data-driven strategies. Design, test, and refine campaigns to boost engagement, open rates, and revenue. Track performance weekly and deliver actionable insights that shape future campaigns. Plan and execute seasonal launches, product drops, and major promotions with precision. Digital Design Concept & design visually bold EDMs, social content, and campaign assets. Keep Salt Shift looking sharp — one standard: premium. Create templates and design systems for marketing and social platforms. Collaborate with content and performance teams to build visuals that sell the story and the lifestyle. Jump in on packaging, in-store collateral, or event materials when needed — your design eye matters everywhere. Collaboration & Brand Integration Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and creative teams to keep visuals and voice in sync. Align email content and creative direction with performance marketing partners Coordinate promotional calendars and campaign timelines to ensure smooth, on‑brand execution. Skills & Experience Essential 3+ years in email marketing or digital design — ideally within eCommerce or lifestyle brands. Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar platform (automation, segmentation, reporting). Strong knowledge of deliverability, testing, and conversion strategy. Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. Deep understanding of DTC marketing and best practice CRO. Analytical mindset — able to turn numbers into creative action. Sharp attention to detail and a clean, modern design aesthetic. Preferred Experience designing and implementing Shopify sections or landing pages. Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects, Canva motion, etc.). Photography, video, or content production background. Familiarity with Meta Ads and paid creative optimisation. What Success Looks Like Every email automation is optimised and fully branded for Salt Shift. Minimum of three high‑quality campaigns per week, across both email and SMS. Cohesive design and messaging across all channels — bold, consistent, and unmistakably us. Smooth coordination between marketing, design, and performance — no lag, just flow.
