We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to our discerning guests, showcasing fresh Victorian produce and elevating the first meal of the day into a memorable experience. About You: To flourish in this role, you will have a flair for breakfast cooking, a passion for delivering high quality food made with love and you will thrive in a hands on role where you can take charge when flying solo. Have a knack for high quality taste and presentation of breakfast items which our guests will rave about. Have impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth sailing even during peak periods. Team player, great personality and passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our boutique product. Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively. Positive mindset and a can do attitude. An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
