Their in‑house brand continues to grow, and they’re searching for a passionate ambassador to elevate it even further. About the Role In this exciting position, you will be the face and voice of the brand, educating, energising, and inspiring store teams nationwide. Through hands‑on training, live demonstrations, engaging content, and meaningful in‑store connections, you’ll turn product knowledge into product confidence. You will: Create and deliver engaging in‑person and digital product training Travel nationally to coach, motivate, and connect with store teams Bring the brand to life through demonstrations, storytelling, and social‑style content Work closely with marketing and merchandise to align product messaging Analyse engagement and sales results to support brand growth Support and mentor a network of in‑store “Product Champions” Be the key brand expert, representing the product range authentically and proudly What You’ll Bring A genuine passion for food, cooking, and entertaining Experience in retail, brand advocacy, or training Confident communication and comfortable presenting in person and on camera Creativity, energy, and a flair for content creation Strong influencing skills and a collaborative approach A hands‑on, people‑first mindset Flexibility to travel nationally What’s on Offer Salary from $80k + super A supportive, values‑driven local business with national reach The chance to work with beautiful, premium products A culture built on trust, authenticity, and connection An opportunity to blend your love for food, people, and retail into one rewarding career For a confidential conversation, contact Elissa on .
