About The Role We’re seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join our team at our Pakenham depot to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes. Key Responsibilities Include Provide project support including creation of files, handover documentation, and invoicing Manage correspondence with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders Maintain accurate records such as asset registers, tool lists, and meeting minutes Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and assist with guest inductions Deliver specialist administration tasks and support team members as required Assist with SAP processes including purchase orders, goods receipting, and month end data Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency About You The successful applicant will have previous experience in an administration or project support role, demonstrate a friendly and professional manner, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and feel confident using technology to streamline processes. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel essential) Experience with SAP highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why you should work for us What we do matters.
