TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) Join TeamKids , the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia, as a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator). This permanent, full‑time position offers flexibility with admin hours that can be worked from home and management of a dynamic split shift schedule: 6:30 am‑9:00 am and 2:15 pm‑6:15 pm, totalling 38 hours per week. About TeamKids TeamKids is approved for the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment and offers educators an extra 10% on top of the award wage. We prioritize safety, equality, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead a team to create safe, fun, and compliant programs. Plan engaging activities and supervise children throughout the day. Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the local community. Ensure compliance with service standards, medical documentation, and all regulatory requirements. Mentor staff and coordinate rosters for a passionate team of educators. Qualifications & Experience Natural leadership with a passion for teaching children. Experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Problem‑solving mindset and a can‑do attitude.
