Job Description This permanent, full‑time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role. Service Location: VIC – Pakenham You’ll Work Across Split Shifts, Monday To Friday 6:30am – 9:00am2:15pm – 6:15pmAdmin Hours: 6.75Total: 38 Hours Per week The Role - Be the Leader Who Makes a Lasting Impact What is a Director of Service, you may ask?As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation.
