Then we have the role for you We’re looking for casual Barista’s to join our BRAND NEW Espresso Bar at Grind & Pour Espresso Pacific Fair The perfect candidate for the job would be someone who has barista experience, who is looking to join a great company culture and be a part of a team that is passionate about serving freshly roasted specialty coffee. About the Role As a Barista, you'll be the face behind the machine, crafting beautiful coffee, sharing a chat, and creating moments of connection, one cup at a time. Fast hands, warm heart, and a sharp eye for detail? Let’s brew something great together. What You’ll Do Preparing and serving a variety of speciality coffee at speed Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the coffee station, including maintaining equipment, stock control and cash handling Maintain high standards of coffee quality and consistency Provide excellent customer service first time, every time Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed to maintain the highest of standards About You Proven experience as a Barista and preferably in a fast paced environment Excellent knowledge and passion for coffee Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and efficient service whilst making coffee at high volumes Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekend and public holidays What we Offer A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities to grow and develop with us Opportunity to progress the role into Full Time A Free Coffee on shift and discounted retail purchases If you think you're the right person to join our highly motivated, highly caffeinated team and are excited to be apart of something NEW , then please apply today as we would love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
