Relevant Diploma with substantial experience including four (4) additional mandatory competencies (top up units). Demonstrated ability to supervise lead and support a team of residential care workers. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field particularly within a therapeutic environment. Proven ability to relate to and work with young people with social emotional and behavioural difficulties. Proven skills and experience in development of behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
