This challenging opportunity has direct responsibility for a multi-site Operations Team in QLD and NSW including the manufacturing facility in Brisbane.Reporting to the General Manager this role manages the operations functions across multiple sites to optimise the use of resources, ensuring cost effectiveness, production quality control, safety, procurement, warehousing, logistics and service standards. You will be directly responsible for ensuring maximum operational efficiency and continuous improvement of all operations, employees and systems. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will also interact with key internal and external decision makers, requiring well developed technical competency and business acumen.About You:Ambitious and seeking a role where you can be effective, your personal qualities should encompass proven leadership ability, relationship building and influencing skills.
