Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents. Strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a positive “can‑do” attitude. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead/manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Ability to gain RMLV/Approved Managers License. RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint experience is advantageous. Key Role Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the motel’s daily operations, including guest services, breakfast operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration with a hands on approach. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. Efficiently manage all front office systems and procedures. Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction. Monitor the motel’s budget, wages/expenses and revenue to meet financial targets. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy. Ensure the safety and security of both guests and staff.
