About the Practice: Our client is highly passionate about dental care, placing patients at the core of their services. To enhance convenience, extended opening hours are offered. Additionally, they have a strong commitment to transparent pricing, ensuring that patients are informed of treatment costs before any work commences. Currently, they operate 45 dental clinics nationwide, covering a full range of dental services. This includes everything from routine examinations and cleanings, to fillings, teeth whitening, veneers, oral surgery, dental implants, sleep dentistry, and orthodontics. Their clinics cater to patients of all ages and levels of dental anxiety, offering comprehensive care. Clinical independence is respected, and treatment decisions are left to the discretion of the consulting dentists. They operate as independent contractors, with the company providing support services to facilitate the operation of the practice. About You: 5+ years minimum clinical experience Certificate 3 qualified An enthusiastic attitude to match our dynamic dentists A readiness and eagerness to support and acquire front desk skills A dedication to the dental field and patient well-being An eagerness to learn Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach Be able to handle pressure and multi-task A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily Are reliable, adaptable and friendly Are a self-motivated individual with initiative Have a long term career interest and commitment to our team Have a positive attitude towards learning and developing Have strong communication skills What's on Offer: Full time or part time position, must be available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Ongoing learning opportunities An amazing team and supportive work culture
