Drawing on your advanced clinical knowledge and experience, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes for consumers. This role is essential to maintaining safe, effective, and person-centred care aligned with both the National Mental Health Policy and SA Health’s vision and values. You will be responsible for line management, team development, and performance improvement—driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. With a focus on quality and safety, you will identify and address gaps between policy and practice, support less experienced staff, and ensure care is delivered in line with the Department of Health and Aged Care’s quality framework.
