We’re now looking for a Bar Manager to lead the next chapter of our beverage story, someone who can elevate our already strong bar program and bring creativity, leadership, and genuine passion to this one-of-a-kind venue. What You’ll Be Doing Curate and Create: Develop a premium spirits and cocktail list that celebrates both modern drinks innovation and the flavours of Greece. Elevate Service: Whilst we are a dispense bar, our desire is to deliver a world-class guest experience, from the first pour to the final farewell. Helping guide a supported bar team make memories for all our guests. Lead by Example: Guide, mentor and inspire bartenders, baristas and bar backs to perform at their best, building a culture of consistency, pride and excellence. Refine Operations: Oversee bar systems, stock management, and service flow with precision and care. Who You Are A proven Bar Manager (3+ years) from a fast-paced, premium venue. A leader who leads from the front, setting standards through your own actions. Deeply knowledgeable about spirits, cocktails, and wine while being endlessly curious to learn more.
