Are you an experienced hospitality professional and Bar Manager with a passion for delivering amazing guest experience and leading world class teams? SITE Hospitality is on the search for a Bar Manager for our OG venue, CRAFTY'S Sports Bar. CRAFTY'S is the market leader within the casual dining category, with its unique offering delivering the best in premium fare and guest experience on the Gold Coast. This role will suit someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to take their career to higher levels, working closely with renowned hospitality professionals. The Bar Manager role supports the Venue Manager and leading the beverage program is an exciting role for the right candidate. The successful candidate must be a true leader, understand how to exceed expectations and lead a team to deliver amazing guest experience, whilst ensuring we don't forget about energy and fun Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role. Proven ability to manage a bar. Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front. Broad bar management experience, including curating beverage programs, COGS management, equipment maintenance and rostering. Roster management working within budget. Extensive wine and cocktail knowledge. Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience whilst developing your team. High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail. Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license. What you need to bring Be a hands‑on leader with experience in a similar role. Ability to lead, train and develop a strong team and culture. Able to deliver world‑class service everyday. Ability to create and implement management development programmes. Fantastic verbal communication skills. Strong food and bar knowledge. High level of presentation and keen eye for detail. Current RSA.
