We're searching for a Bar Manager who can take ownership of two high performing bar outlets, inspire a strong team, and deliver an elevated guest experience every day. About the role You'll oversee daily operations across two busy bar environments, ensuring smooth service, engaged staff and consistently high standards. With a focus on forecasting, revenue generation and guest satisfaction, you'll manage everything from menu planning and promotions through to staffing, compliance and financial performance. You'll also support broader operations, collaborating with other outlets when needed.
