About the role As a Bar Manager at Billy Chow', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in the vibrant coastal town of Coolangatta, Queensland. What you\'ll be doing Manage and supervise the bar, including scheduling, training and performance management Ability to handle a fast paced cocktail making environment Ensure the bar adheres to all relevant liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations Monitor and analyse bar sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment Liaise with other departments to coordinate bar services for events and functions Develop and implement innovative bar programs and promotions to drive revenue What we\'re looking for Minimum 3 years\' experience in a senior bar/hospitality role Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, bar set-up and service standards Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful bar programs and promotions Proficient in using bar management software and point-of-sale systems Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification What we offer At Billy Chow', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
