DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR - AFTERNOON SHIFT Cordina Farms (Cordina Group) is a leading Australian poultry and value‑added food business with 65 years of experience, supplying major supermarket chains across the country. We are looking for an experienced Distribution Supervisor for the afternoon shift at our Girraween facility. You will report to the DC Operations Manager – Afternoon, manage a small team, and ensure safety, quality and customer standards are met. Key responsibilities: Hands‑on supervision of day‑to‑day distribution team operations. Supervise packing of orders and loading of vehicles. Monitor and assist with team workloads as needed. Oversee staff to maintain high productivity. Manage stock movements, rotation and pick‑rate accuracy. Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately. Handle staffing, rostering and cool‑room operations. Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping of distribution and cool‑room areas. Receipting of goods and maintaining HACCP & WC compliance. Work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth shift transitions. Collaborate between clerks and warehouse staff. Assist in training processes with managers. Other duties as assigned. Required qualifications & experience: Certificate III in Distribution and/or Warehousing. Previous dispatch experience in a cold store environment. Evidence of strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills. Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
