If you love forensics but feel it can be done better, this team will feel right at home. The team’s expertise is also firmly planted in engineering design – both civil and structural. Our small, energetic group enjoy working collaboratively with our clients and consultant partners to achieve excellent project outcomes. Access to car parking paid by your employer, with Southern Cross a ten minute walk and trams on the door step. Projects across Australia – may require travel from time to time. Mature work environment with a flat structure. Flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. About you You’ll have worked as a Structural Engineer before, in a forensics team. You’ll know how the average day runs. You’ll know it’s a varied and busy week – with time in office and on-site and changing demands when you have urgent work called in. You’ll have experience working with drafting and design software, writing forensic engineering reports and an interest in remedial / insurance projects. You’ll know Australian standards and you’ll be somewhat confident in managing subconsultants as well as checking the work of junior engineers. If you have 4-10 years’ experience in and have worked in a similar role before, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking high-energy contributors who take accountability professionally.
