Windows Administrator / Support Specialist We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator / Support Specialist to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade and Intune support / configuration piece. The role will provide hands‑on technical support and administration across regional offices in NSW, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Windows 11 and Intune. This position is well‑suited for a candidate with strong end‑user computing (EUC) expertise who can work across both BAU support and project delivery activities. Contract Summary Rate: Competitive daily rate Contract Length: 6 months (till 31st May 2026) with potential to extend or move permanent Location: Sydney-based with regional office support across NSW Responsibilities Provide technical support for the Windows 11 upgrade program across regional offices Assist with Intune configuration, administration, and deployment activities Troubleshoot Windows 11 and Intune‑related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end‑users Support end‑user computing environments including Windows OS, Intune, SCCM, and M365 Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of upgrade and support milestones Document configurations, procedures, and support processes for future reference Engage with stakeholders across regional offices to provide on‑the‑ground technical assistance Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Windows Administrator / Support Specialist in enterprise environments Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and upgrade processes Hands‑on experience with Intune deployment, configuration, and support Familiarity with SCCM, M365, and Active Directory administration Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across desktop, laptop, and mobile environments Strong communication skills to support and engage with regional stakeholders Ability to work across both BAU support and project‑based initiatives Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and sites (preferred) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
