The Opportunity Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Purchasing Administrator role adds value to our organisation by assisting, supporting, and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues whilst building lasting and valued customer relationships, identifying needs, providing innovative solutions, meeting commitments, and delivering quality experiences at every touch point that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Maintain the company's Inventory and purchasing databases Creating work orders for the assembly team Work with the receiving team and provide updated paperwork for goods receipt Matching payment invoices against purchase orders Maintain accurate records related to purchases, logistics and administration Assisting with invoicing inquiries, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies Assisting customers with order placement, processing transactions, and facilitating credits Escalating unresolved or complex customer issues Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and support business objectives About You Purchasing experience, preferably in a similar industry, manufacturing custom orders to install At a minimum, prior customer service and administration experience Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully Strong capability with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Experience with ERP (SAP) and inventory management systems (highly desirable) What's On Offer Ongoing training and career development A competitive remuneration package Generous discounts on our extensive range of products On-site parking Ability to schedule leave every year at Christmas Additional paid days’ leave on your birthday Employee Assistance Program access Flare benefits program - salary packaging, discounts and premium perks Refer a friend and get rewarded with $$$ through our Employee Referral Program Opportunities to cross-train, enhance your skills and advance your career Your next steps This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the business's success.
