To provide support to the business in a wide range of sales duties. Including support to our customers and sales team, collaborating with other departments including finance, aftersales, purchasing and warehouse to deliver exceptional customer service.**Major Responsibilities*** Internal sales* Own and control CRM system - Salesforce* Provide administrative support to sales team.* Checking deliveries to ensure that all information matches records.* Prepare and complete order paperwork according to schedule.* Stock allocation.* Despatching.* Invoicing.* Liaise with clients on orders* Maintain and update Sales Order Progress - Daily/Weekly/Monthly.* Production of weekly stock on hand report for customer distribution* Provide tracking details for customer deliveries* Any other duty required to assist with the administration of the business**Role Requirements**Excellent administration and computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, OracleExcellent communication skillsOrganised and be able to handle multiple tasksEstablish excellent working relationships with internal & external stake holders#J-18808-Ljbffr
