Inside Sales Specialist Join to apply for the Inside Sales Specialist role at Waters Corporation . Responsibilities Drive sales growth of Chemistry Consumables products both objectively and collaboratively in the Australian market. Accountable for driving business within all sales districts. Meet daily and weekly productivity metrics (phone calls, phone attempts, email, etc.). Increase market share at existing accounts and prospect new business opportunities. Utilize telephone and electronic sales communication methodologies (email, voicemail, etc.) to speak with and sell to laboratory end users and decision makers. Partner with Field Sales counterparts to drive business. Use Waters’ internal CRM database to track sales activities, open opportunities, and campaign follow-up initiatives. Prepare and implement comprehensive Business Development activities for the assigned sales territory/market. Deliver concise and relevant reports and updates on business development initiatives. Work together with the local instrument sales and service team to grow revenue in our Consumables and Service business. Lead qualification for inbound instrument opportunities. Position and quote Waters consumables and billable service offerings. Cold call and identify new accounts. Reinvigorate dormant accounts. Grow Waters eCommerce business by expanding current offerings and seeking new eProcurement channels. PM Planning for Australia - Ordering Parts & Scheduling. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, or PhD in a scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry. 3+ years chromatography experience: UPLC, Mass Spec, Sample Preparation. Field sales and/or marketing experience is a plus. Action oriented and eager to achieve results. Sound communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, well‑prepared, and time‑management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener. Matured disposition, positive attitude, and strong sense of commitment. Adaptive to a dynamic and ever‑changing environment. Strong technical background in analytical technologies, especially LC and MS.
