About the role We’re looking for a detail oriented and proactive Winery Records Assistant to join our Barossa Wineries Operational team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your administrative and data management skills will directly support the winemaking process. Key Responsibilities Include: Accurate data entry for winery operations including wine receivals, dispatch, transfers, additives, and bottling. Maintain and prepare reports, documents, and barrel cards. Provide general administrative support to the Winery Operations team. Assist with vintage operations and collaborate with winemakers and cellar staff. Support company events and maintain office housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. What You’ll Bring: Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and communication skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A current driver’s licence and flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods. Experience in the wine or related industry (desirable).
