12 Months Contract Rate with possible extensions About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Specialist to join our Digital Identity & Security team on a 12-month contract. You will play a key role in implementing and managing CyberArk Privileged Cloud solutions, integrating them with broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms, and ensuring compliance with security standards in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and maintain CyberArk PAM modules including SCA, SIA, EPM, WPM, SWS, Secrets Management, and Remote Access. Integrate CyberArk with identity platforms such as SailPoint IGA and broader IAM systems. Act as a technical authority, collaborating with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Monitor and maintain CyberArk environments for security, performance, and compliance. Investigate and resolve incidents, conduct post-incident reviews, and implement preventive measures. Mentor and provide guidance to identity engineers, sharing best practices and fostering innovation. Develop operational documentation and contribute to the evolution of the identity operating model. Experience & Skills Required 8+ years’ experience across Identity domains (IGA, IAM, PAM) as an engineer, architect, or technical lead. Minimum 2 years’ end-to-end CyberArk Privileged Cloud implementation experience (CyberArk Sentry certification preferred). Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, AWS, and large‑scale identity implementations. Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, AESCSF) and modern principles such as Zero Trust. Experience in regulated industries (utilities/energy preferred). Experience migrating Delinea Secret Server to CyberArk. Exposure to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityIQ, IAM technologies, and ServiceNow ITSM.
