About the role: Seeking Senior Identity Specialist (CyberArk - PAM) for our key Energy client. In this role, you will oversee the operation and support of identity technologies for our client. Working closely with the Cyber Security Identity team and our service delivery partner, the Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and contributes to the development and mentorship of other identity engineers. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating across all layers of technical implementation. Responsabilities: Provide expertise during security events and maintenance by defining and enforcing CyberArk Privileged Cloud configuration standards in line with regulatory and organisational requirements. Support integration of CyberArk PAM with other identity platforms (e.g., SailPoint IGA, IAM) following best practices and security guidelines. Configure and engineer CyberArk PAM to deliver digital identity capabilities. Act as the technical authority for identity technology implementations, working with project teams and partners. Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments, resolving issues and vulnerabilities promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to elevate and resolve complex problems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to identity engineers, and stay current with CyberArk developments, sharing knowledge and best practices. Requirements: Vast experience in the Identity domain as an architect, engineer, or technical lead, spanning IGA, IAM, and PAM in line with best practices and security standards. At least 2 years’ end-to-end CyberArk Privileged Cloud implementation experience, ideally across multiple deployments (CyberArk Sentry certification preferred). Practical experience with core CyberArk modules: SCA, SIA, EPM, WPM, SWS, Secrets Management, and Remote Access. Experience delivering identity solutions in large, complex organisations and transitioning them to BAU. Background working on technology projects in regulated environments (e.g., utilities), with a preference for energy sector experience. Experience implementing solutions aligned with NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, and familiarity with Zero Trust principles. Understanding of industry-specific security requirements such as AESCSF and the SOCI Act. Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS. Desirable (not required): Delinea Secret Server (including migration), SailPoint (ISC or IdentityIQ), other IAM technologies, and ServiceNow ITSM.
