The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as the role requires them to interface with the public. Hold a current NPLQ qualification or be willing to achieve within the first 3 months of employment - and pass a pre requisite swim test at interview The post holder will work a shift pattern with a friendly and vibrant team. This is a busy and varied role, you will be required to work pool team, long side the admin and gym team. Main duties of the job Run a friendly and informative reception - carrying out a range of admin duties Safeguarding customers and patients using Odstock Health & Fitness swimming pools to ensure a safe and well maintained swimming facility. Assist with the promotion and marketing of membership and services. Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pools, fitness facilities and changing areas.
