Your management skills will be used in supporting the achievement of set financial targets, leading and inspiring the team, co‑creating the best experiences for our clients and ensuring compliance with all external bodies. The Golden Fleece Hotel is a favourite local for all to enjoy Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, with both indoor & outdoor dining areas for all to enjoy. What will my duties include? Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets. Stock control and management. Ensuring front‑of‑house ambiance and appearance are appropriate at all times. Staff management including rostering, training, and performance management. Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions. Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements. The role you are applying for may be quite fast‑paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in hospitality management. Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Food Handlers Certificate. TAB Compliance. Energetic and positive can‑do attitude. Ability to work productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
