This role offers real stability, exposure to complex high-value builds, and the chance to work within a structured, well-supported environment where good systems and clear processes are already in place. Your Role Manage subcontract procurement, variations, and progress claims Track budgets, forecasts, and cost performance across the project Maintain accurate contract and financial documentation Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams Use Cheops (or similar systems) for reporting and cost control Support commercial risk management and cost decisions What You’ll Bring Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects $20M+ Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, and cost management Cheops experience highly regarded Clear communicator with strong attention to detail Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $180K–$190K + Super , based on experience Stable Tier 2 builder with a strong reputation in WA Supportive leadership and well-established systems Clear pathway into senior commercial positions If you’re ready to step into a senior commercial role with scale, structure, and long-term security, this is a solid next move.
