As we head into 2026, we're looking to bring new people into the team. We're currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing mining team in the new year. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a warm, high-billing desk within the mining sector. With strong, long-standing client relationships already in place, you'll enjoy immediate job flow and access to a well-established candidate database that's yours to drive. You'll work closely with experienced mining recruiters , proactively network to identify top talent, and build meaningful connections with clients across Australia's mining industry. In this role, you'll be empowered to: Manage and grow strong relationships with a long-standing client base Identify and convert new business opportunities Work within a well-resourced desk, supported by a refined database and proven tools Even if you don't come from a construction or mining recruitment background, our tailored training and market-specific resources will ensure you're set up for success in a thriving sector. What Do You Need? Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service, working in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and critical thinking ability An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box Exceptional communication skills A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships Why Marble?
