Senior Client Advisor - Luxury Fine Jewellery & Timepieces The Company Our client is a globally renowned luxury house celebrated for its rich legacy in fine jewellery and timepieces. With a heritage steeped in craftsmanship, elegance, and iconic design, the brand is recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious names in luxury. In April 2026, the brand will open a new boutique at Chatswood Chase, presenting a unique opportunity to join at the start of an exciting new chapter in the Australian market. The Role We are seeking experienced and passionate Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors to join our Chatswood boutique. The Senior Client Advisor will play a key leadership role, driving boutique performance and mentoring the team, while all Advisors will focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and embodying the brand’s values. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. While the boutique is set to open in April 2026, successful candidates will be brought on board earlier to undergo comprehensive training, onboarding, and preparation ahead of launch. Skills and Experience The ideal candidates will have proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery, timepieces, or high‑end fashion. Exceptional clienteling skills, a genuine passion for storytelling around craftsmanship and heritage, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences are essential. Senior Client Advisors will demonstrate leadership abilities and a talent for mentoring, while all Advisors will exhibit operational excellence, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. Experience in store openings or pre‑launch environments is highly regarded.
