Your Role: As a Painter–Graffiti Removalist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the presentation of City assets across both public and private spaces. You’ll be responsible for removing graffiti from a range of surfaces including painted areas, markers, chalk and stickers using techniques such as colour‑matched paint‑outs, chemical removal, high‑pressure cleaning, and the scraping of stickers and posters. Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our city stays clean, safe and welcoming for the community. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, paint and colour‑match City and private assets as part of graffiti removal; Use chemical and paint‑out techniques to safely and effectively remove graffiti; Identify, document and report graffiti incidents, ensuring timely removal; and Support scheduling and provide practical advice on best‑practice painting and graffiti removal methods.
