Working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the roads Division and beyond, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering operational excellence, achieving service and tonnage targets, and maintaining Newhaul’s strong commitment to safety and compliance . Recruit, lead, and develop Superintendents and Supervisors across multiple sites Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement Ensure safety, compliance, and cost-effective movement from pit to port Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across labour, fuel, fleet, and loaders, while supporting digitisation and automation aligned with business goals.
