What You’ll Do As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy. You’ll assist customers with their needs, support the dispensing team, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked, welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with pharmacists and other team members in a collaborative setting that values customer care, accuracy, and efficiency. This role offers a great opportunity to build your retail skills in a pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Process sales and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately Assist in preparing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist Maintain stock levels by unpacking orders, restocking shelves, and rotating stock Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Answer general customer queries and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist Support administrative tasks such as labelling, filing, and stocktaking Promote pharmacy products and services in line with customer needs Site Information Slade Pharmacy Kings Meadows is a unique branch within the Slade Pharmacy network.
