Chief of Staff to the CEO

About The Job
In this role, you will support the CEO (US) to create an effective leadership team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide effective communications for the executive office. You will be responsible for managing organizational processes and driving stakeholder alignment. You will help build an inclusive culture at the company.
Responsibilities
Support the CEO in his day-to-day activitiesServe as a trusted advisor to the CEO and handle special projects and ad hoc requests as they arisePlanning and organizing strategic initiatives across multiple teamsCommunicating on behalf of the leadership and providing critical strategic context to build stakeholder alignmentMeasuring progress of internal goals and strategies through KPIs and OKRsReview and advise on improvements to provide feedback and optimize results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree3+ years of consulting, strategy, and/or program management experience or previous chief of staff rolesExperience coordinating and managing multiple teams across departmentsExperience in high growth environments within video games, media, or technology preferredExperience working in a demanding fast-paced environmentExperience leading strategic initiativesProven ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously and manage complex systemsExcellent presentation skills including oral and writing capabilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify processesDriven to building an inclusive environment and effective internal cultureTravel may be required
