About the Role: Lead Business Analyst – SAP plays a central technical role in a major ERP transformation program. This role will focus on delivering high‑quality data migration solutions using SAP Data Services, supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data integrity, alignment with business needs, and smooth cutover execution. Responsibilities Extensive experience in SAP data analytics, reporting, and management (ECC6 & S/4HANA). Architected large‑scale SAP data migration programs for global clients moving from ECC to S/4HANA. Authorization and user administration of SAP security application. Hands‑on experience on S4 HANA, GRC, Fiori, HANA, ECC, MDG and others. Experience in design and implementation in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance). Strong experience in Data Model Enhancement and Process Modelling. Monitor the security and audit process to ensure that an optimal system is provided. Deliver security related projects. Experience Minimum 15 years of SAP S/4HANA Data Migration, ETL, Data Governance and SAP Data Services (BODS). Establish data governance practices and quality standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. Provide guidance and expertise to the project team on data architecture, data modelling, and best practices for handling large data migrations and integrations. Assess and recommend data management technologies, tools, and platforms that enhance data integration, storage, and retrieval capabilities. In‑depth knowledge in SAP HANA Authorizations. Desired Skills Implementation and hands‑on experience in ECC 6.0 role build. SAP Datasphere, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, SAP Integration Suite, SAC Reporting, SAP MDG, SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Intelligence, Data Catalogs & Profiling. Sound understanding of SOD – segregation of duties. SAP BI or Data Analyst certification is highly desirable. Qualifications Graduate (Technology/Science) from a reputed university. Work Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week. Pay: $125,000 to $156,000 per annum. Availability: You will need to be able to work in Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia.
