Excellent contract opportunity for an experienced Power Platform Developer to take ownership of high‑profile Power Pages solutions and connected business processes. You will play a key role in delivering outcomes under the organisation’s Digital Strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the business. This is an initial contract through to 30 June 2026 , with strong potential for extension. What you will bring – Knowledge and Experience Minimum two years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps Portals/Pages , including front‑end component integration. Proven experience as a Front‑End Developer , with a strong portfolio showcasing UI development and reusable components. Solid experience creating and managing Power Automate flows . Strong skills in Dataverse and data modelling, including authentication mechanisms and security roles. Demonstrated ability to integrate with external systems using RESTful and SOAP web services. Familiarity with version control systems (for example Git) and design systems. Strong problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and development tools. Practical experience building Power Pages / Power Portal applications , leveraging native capabilities and extending with customisations where required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable. What you will be doing – Key Accountabilities Lead the implementation of UI components using Liquid templates, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS , taking end‑to‑end ownership of the front‑end. Customise portal themes, layouts, and components to deliver a cohesive, responsive user experience across devices. Design and build forms and workflows within Power Pages/Portals to streamline user input, process requests, and automate business tasks. Integrate Power Pages/Portals with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using APIs and web services. Configure and manage entities, forms, views, and relationships in Dataverse to support portal operations and data integrity. Ensure all solutions align with WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards and established design system guidelines. Perform thorough testing and validation to maintain quality standards for UI components and end‑to‑end user journeys. Proactively identify and resolve issues or bugs discovered during testing and production support. Develop front‑end code that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 , collaborating with the Solution Architect, Design team, and Developers to ensure smooth delivery. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including participation in regular code reviews . Produce clear, concise technical and user documentation that is accessible and understandable to the broader team.
