Descripción del puesto Trabajando estrechamente con el Head of Animation, Animation Supervisors y otros Animators, la persona será responsable de crear animaciones convincentes y creíbles. Deberá completar trabajos de digi-double , creature , character o rigid body animation . El contenido se desarrollará dentro del pipeline de DNEG , cumpliendo plazos estrictos y alineándose con los cronogramas del proyecto. Requisitos imprescindibles Más de 4 años de experiencia en animación CG en VFX de cine de acción real. Capacidad para resolver problemas visuales y analíticos en 3D, interpretando layouts y formas tridimensionales. Conocimiento avanzado de Maya . Experiencia probada en troubleshooting y anticipación de problemas. Capacidad para dar soporte a líderes y supervisores. Experiencia como mentor de artistas junior. Proactividad para encontrar soluciones creativas dentro de los límites de cada toma. Aportar mejoras en el pipeline y metodología departamental. Showreel con trabajos de VFX destacados, incluyendo héroes, criaturas y dotes de animación variada (flying , bipedal, vehículos y uso de motion capture ). Habilidades valoradas Experiencia en animación facial (realista y estilizada). Desarrollo de herramientas en Python o MEL . Experiencia con capturas Mocap usando Moven Mocap suit . Perfil personal Sólida base en los principios de la animación. Buen trabajo en equipo. Detallista y apasionado por la animación. Apertura, comunicación y ganas de aprender y cooperar. Actitud positiva y proactiva. Contrato de dos años . Es imprescindible tener derecho legal para trabajar en Australia. Flexibilidad y ubicación laboral El trabajo se realiza en la oficina de Sydney al menos dos días por semana. Se requiere relocalización para personas no residentes. El estudio valora el entorno híbrido y colaborativo presencial.
