Strategic Expansion: Identify and deliver dropship initiatives, focusing on new categories and key ranges to drive sales and profit. Supplier Management: Recruit and onboard new suppliers, embedding operating processes for seamless program expansion. Performance Optimisation: Manage supplier KPIs (delivery, product) in conjunction with BDMs/Buyers to ensure program efficiency and quality. Financial Growth: Drive overall sales and profit targets, optimising commercial strategies to achieve blended margin KPIs and managing freight costs. Market Insight: Understand market dynamics and collaborate with buyers to increase vendor participation and product selection. System Integration: Clearly explain and manage the process of partnership integration from onboarding to live operations. Commercial Negotiation: Support the buying team in negotiating commercial frameworks (contracts, commission, product offerings, SLAs). About You To excel in this role, you'll possess: Must have 3-5 years' relevant experience in retail, preferably ecommerce trade or digital business models Online and significant retail purchasing experience. Superior commercial acumen and strong negotiating/influencing skills. Proven experience in managing supplier relationships. Excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). High-level planning, organisational, and time management skills. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
