A modern and exciting hotel that boasts multiple dining areas Sports Bar lounge and Beer Garden. Whether guests are looking to enjoy a meal and a cheeky drink catch live sport with friends or relax after a hard days work there is a reason The Ship Inn is the locals favourite. Salary: from $90000 Superannuation Bonus A day in the life of a Publican You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant. Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day. Inherent requirements This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About you You already know if this is for you.
