We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to become an integral part of our growing Hobart team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a professional, people-focused environment. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and visitors, while providing essential administrative support to our busy and growing team. If you have some previous experience in the real estate industry and a passion for client service, this could be the perfect next step in your career. A current real estate licence is highly desirable but is not essential. Responsibilities Welcoming our clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Providing administrative support to our team, including document preparation, contracts, and property marketing materials. Maintaining and updating company databases and CRM systems as required. Coordinating office requirements and ensuring the welcoming presentation of our lovely Hobart CBD office. Assisting with the coordination and delivery of events and property‑related tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in real estate administration or a related industry (essential) A current real estate licence or Certificate of Registration (desirable) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, always with a focus on our clients and team. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced and friendly team environment. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems (experience with REX, REIT Forms Live Forms or similar software will be highly regarded). A can‑do, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to be part of a collaborative, fun and supportive team. The start date for our new Office Administrator will be mid‑January 2026. The salary package will be above the industry average, with incentive bonuses a possibility for the right candidate.
