Why Join Aspen Medical’s Digital Health Team? 100% Remote Work: Provide care from anywhere in Australia with full technology support. No Medicare billing: Focus on patient care with reduced administrative burden. You will receive a fixed hourly rate and not have to manage the complexity of Medicare claims. After-Hours Care When Australians Need It Most: Flexible shifts available from 6:00pm to 9:30am AEST. Evidence shows Australians increasingly seek high-quality primary care after hours to avoid unnecessary emergency department presentations. This is when GPs are needed most - their specialised expertise is trusted by patients and essential to keeping people well after regular clinic hours. Self-Rostering: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (minimum 2-hour shifts). Professional Development: Access CPD opportunities and join our Clinical Community of Practice for ongoing learning and peer support. Comprehensive Support: 2 days paid training 24/7 Support Laptop and headset provided Access to Vitaport , Aspen Medical’s wellbeing platform Guaranteed Hourly Rates: Rates on offer Casual Rate: $175 to $200/hr (Public Holiday rate - $245/hr) Permanent Rate: $158 to $181/hr (Public Holiday rate - $221/hr) Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered consultations via audio and video calls. Provide timely, evidence-based medical advice and diagnostic decision-making. Create clear, actionable care summaries and connect patients with appropriate local services. Apply best-practice digital care using My Health Record, e-prescribing, and secure messaging. Support continuity of care by documenting every interaction and communicating outcomes back to the patient’s regular GP where appropriate. What We’re Looking For Unrestricted Specialist GP registration with AHPRA. Minimum 3 years’ experience in general practice (including at least one year in Australia). Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency. Previous telehealth experience or willingness to upskill. Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload. High digital literacy with telehealth platforms and clinical systems. Availability for part-time or casual positions. Ready to Join Us?
