About Getset Motors Leading car subscription and retail business based on the Gold Coast, with expansion plans across Brisbane and Northern NSW 5-star customer service reputation and late model, high-quality vehicles Flexible subscription plans, car sales, and integrated finance solutions Role Overview As the Used Car Manager, you will: Develop and execute strategies to grow the used car sales division Source, appraise, and manage inventory of quality used vehicles Build, lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve targets Implement pricing, marketing, and vehicle reconditioning strategies Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Getset’s brand standards Key Responsibilities Build and manage a profitable used car inventory Drive sales through effective digital and in-person channels Foster relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and trade partners Monitor market trends and competitor activity Work closely with the Managing Director to align growth goals About You Proven experience in used car sales management (minimum 3 years preferred) Strong negotiation, appraisal, and sales skills Leadership capabilities and a results‑driven mindset Knowledge of automotive market trends and compliance Excellent communication and customer service skills What We Offer Competitive salary + commission Opportunity to shape and grow a core business division Supportive, dynamic team environment Access to quality inventory and integrated finance solutions Ready to drive the future of used cars with Getset Motors?
