At Gateway Automotive Group, we are seeking a talented and driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing our used car sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. What you'll be doing Developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize used car sales and profitability Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the used car sales department, including inventory management, pricing, and sales processes Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of used car sales professionals Fostering a customer-centric culture and delivering outstanding customer experiences Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and business success Reporting on key performance indicators and providing regular updates to senior management What we're looking for Proven track record of success in used car sales management, preferably within the automotive industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Proficient in data analysis and using sales performance metrics to drive decision-making Thorough understanding of the used car market, pricing strategies, and sales and marketing best practices Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are highly desirable What we offer At Gateway Automotive Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
